Futbol Association provides youth membership services designed to support leagues, clubs, and tournament operators with safe, credible, and well-governed competition. Our goal is to expand access to opportunity, strengthen local soccer ecosystems, and offer clear pathways for development and competition.

Futbol Association supports player identification pathways that recognize talent wherever it exists. Through nationally aligned programs and community-based evaluation, FA helps ensure players are seen, supported, and developed based on ability, not access.

The ID Program is a national player identification pathway open to players regardless of league affiliation, club structure, or background.

It exists to ensure talented players are evaluated based on performance and potential, not where they play or who they know.

Through a national scouting and recommendation process, selected players are invited to participate in ID training environments designed to challenge, develop, and prepare them for higher-level opportunities, including national selection pathways.
